Accounts can be locked for a few different reasons, the most common of which being too many failed password attempts. If your account is locked, it will need to be verified in order for it to be unlocked.

To verify your account, you will need to send a photo of yourself holding your license (a selfie) along with a close up photo of your license to our support team via email at support@coinme.com
